N217FE was the last ever Boeing 727 built. 1st flight was 28th August 1984 and delivered to FedEx on the 18th September 1984. It flew with FedEx up until July 2012 when it was stored at LAX. It was then ferried to QLA (Larsham) and picked up by Oil Spill Response.
